A browser-based animation studio combining two workflows: classic frame-by-frame pixel animation and AI rig & puppet animation.

🖼️ Frame-by-Frame Animation

A full canvas drawing app with brush, eraser, flood fill, eyedropper, shapes, multi-frame timeline, onion-skinning, undo/redo, and GIF export.

🤖 AI Rig & Puppet

Describe a scene; the app generates a background and character via AI. The character is cut into layers and rigged with motion types (bob, sway, rotate, breathe, blink, etc.).

💾 Project Save/Load

Save and load projects as JSON, with persistent layer templates and a persistent gallery for your animations.

Choose Workflow

Select between Classic Animation (frame-by-frame drawing) or AI Rig & Puppet (describe a scene for AI generation).

Create or Rig

For classic animation, draw frames on the canvas. For puppet animation, describe your scene and let AI generate the assets.

Animate & Export

Add motion to layers, preview the animation, then export as GIF. Save your project for later editing.
